there are two things i will always remember this wedding for. the first is how well i connected with the friends and family of michal and corentin. they made me feel truly welcome there. less like a servant, and more like a friend and a professional they admire.

the second was the food. oh my gosh the food. my mouth is watering just thinking about it.  the master chef is not only belgian (!) but also the personal chef for a canadian ambassador in DC.  don’t worry- there are photographs, if for no other reason than to make you completely jealous. : )
