If Anthropologie ever opened a candy and ice cream shop in Paris, this wedding at Antrim 1844 in Taneytown, Maryland would demonstrate exactly what that would look like. When the bride first emailed me- we had plenty to say of all our connections and shared interests. But what I didn’t know, is how much I would love them when we met in person. I think we must have been friends, or sisters, or something in a past life. Truly salt of the earth, these two.
Besides how much I love these two, this wedding is one of a kind. It’s whimsical and adorable, and everything in between. I also have to give a shout out to Julie Savage of strawberry milk events. It takes a lot for me to love a wedding planner (probably shouldn’t type that to the world), but sometimes a girl just doesn’t want to be told how to do her job all day. Not only was Julie a pleasure to work with, but she sculpted one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever seen. If you are in the maryland/DC area- check her out.
So without further ado, by far one of the best weddings of the season…
