not having cracked open a Bible in a year other than to do my greek homework in the ancient text used to make me feel awful. but i’ve learned that even if you step back from him for a little while, or a long while, you always find your way back. and its usually much…
I love the necklace! And I have to tell you that I absolutely refuse to even go in that area of the craft store because I CAN’T add another craft/hobby to my life. But I am going to take the cake decorating classes this summer. HA HA!!!
Now about the rest of your post: 1) I don’t think you can pack too light. Now matter how you try to pare it down, you will probably have too much.
2) Take the Pepto Bismol tablets. For both China trips I took enough to take 2 every morning. That gave my intestines the lining it needed in case anything bad slipped in. My friend who is a scientist says that Pepto is the least respected over the counter medicine on the market when you consider what it can do to protect your digestive system in a foreign country.
3) God is clearly sharpening you on the control thing. It’s a recurring theme in your posts. Letting go of that will help you have peace – having peace will help you let go.
4) I love this: there are two kinds of peace- 1. the peace that there is for our souls because of what Christ did for us. and 2. the peace for our hearts that he gives in our circumstances.
And I love you!!!
